Blister packaging is a hygienic packaging method that protects capsules, tablets, and softgels from moisture, dust, and microorganisms. In our facility, PVC and specialized Alu-Alu blister packaging is produced in various mold formats.
Powder sachet filling is an ideal method that ensures the hygienic packaging of pharmaceutical, dietary supplement, and cosmetic products in single-use sachets at predefined dosages.
Syrup manufacturing is a method that is especially preferred for children and requires a high level of hygiene and precision. Our products are protected from air exposure using nitrogen gas, allowing them to retain freshness for extended periods.
The drop form is a hygienic liquid filling method that is especially preferred for children. In our facility, drops ranging from 5 to 60 ml are produced under sterile conditions using fully automated machinery, without manual contact.
Flacons are single-dose products suitable for all age groups. They are commonly preferred for sports supplements and collagen products; this format, protected with nitrogen gas, ensures long shelf life, hygiene, and ease of use.
Effervescent tablets dissolve rapidly by effervescing through an acid–base reaction when they come into contact with water, providing easy absorption. Commonly used in vitamin and mineral supplements, these tablets are manufactured under special conditions to protect them from moisture.
